Farm Manager, Real Estate Agent
Synopsis Sam Clark has been serving Halderman clients since 2012 in Central Indiana with an emphasis on Boone, Carroll, Clinton, Hamilton, Hendricks, and Tipton Counties. Sam uses his experience in Central Indiana to conduct farm appraisals, to help clients buy and sell farm real estate, and to provide farm management and lease negotiation services. Sam is also the recipient of the 2014 H.H. Halderman Innovation Award
Background Sam is a second generation Halderman employee. He grew up amidst both the Halderman Companies and the family grain operation learning the intricacies of and helping out in both businesses. Prior to working with Halderman, he has management consulting experience with global and regional agribusiness companies and experience in Agricultural lending and underwriting.
